Payment and Shipping

Payment
By default we deliver against upfront payment (wire transfer). After order receipt you will receive an order confirmation with our bank account.

Payment on account is offered on our discretion after a positive credit check. If you prefer delivery on account, please contact us.

Shipping
We deliver by DHL or Fedex (on our discretion) by default. Other shipping methods on request. The costs of packaging and transport insurance are included in the shipping costs.

If your country is not shown in the country list on the registration form please contact us using the "Contact" button which can be found on the bottom of the website.

Express delivery (on request)
On request, we also offer goods from stock by express delivery. If you wish express delivery we ask you to contact us by phone or contact form before placing your order.
